Red light district needs sun too

So today was a wonderful sunny day. I needed to get to a supermarket to get a few items so I could make some cookies for work and of course the stores are not always opened  on Sunday so off on an adventure we go. I think I drove through four small villages today, all really great to see as the sun was shining through the fog and patches of blue sky trying to peep through over grey village horizons. So I had discovered there was an Aldi located in one of the last towns we were in, cant recall the name but I do remember the landscape. Old buildings in town mixed with some new modern touches, large estates flooded the main streets of the village as I listened to the GPS bark order at me.

Finally we had reached our destination- An Aldi that seemed to be open, or at least I thought so because the parking lot beside it was full of people and cars. So I park in the lot, and look up over the dashboard and immediately notice a sign of dance club.

Hmm interesting to say the least. So I get Jordan out of the car and look over my shoulder on the right and notice this sign of what appears to be another club. It reads : Spectacle : Crazy House, table dances and strip teases.

Followed by a nice size liquor store next to it

Well well I think I am finally understand why there is a large amount of cars over here. BTW we get out and walk to the store and its closed, so even more evident that this is busy area. Well I figured we are in a new village, sun is shining lets take a walk. So I take Jordan by the hand and we start walking down this wonderful cobblestone street. I notice a few restaurants on one side, then i look up a bit further above my normal site line. Sweet sassy malassy!!! What I thought was just a normal city street had more than meets the eye,  I believe I was initially blinded by the gorgeous blue sky and sunshine. The whole damn block is lined with strip clubs, dance clubs, sex shops and what ever else you could desire I imagine. It makes it so funny to me because folks are just walking up and down the street like its a normal avenue, casually enjoying their Sunday strolls, getting fresh air after a long gray week.

Don't get me wrong, I know the red light district needs sunshine too. But I'm sure this block is seriously hot at night.

I think we could have enjoyed the casual walk a bit longer if Jordan had not pointed out the giant billboard on the outside of one of the buildings with a half naked girl spelling out the word SEX!! At that point I through her on my back, and skip on back to the car super warp speed and act like nothing happened lol.

Geez we cant just ever have a normal time out . . . but that is what makes our time together all the more awesome
